MCARFIX Court of Public Opinion Rules and Guidelines

01
This court exists to give members of the public an opportunity to interrogate and scrutinize both the processes and the outcomes of matters that have been heard and determined by our courts of law and to which the member of public bringing the matter was an affected party.
02
Resulting from clause (1) above, the public may then form their opinions about the performance of the judges and judicial officers who presided over their hearings.
03
This Court also gives litigants who are dissatisfied with the outcomes of their cases in our courts of law an opportunity to explain out the reasons for their dissatisfactions so the public may make an opinion.
04
The court further helps put our judges and judicial officers on the spotlight by allowing the public to interrogate and scrutinize their performance. This helps raise public confidence in their Judiciary.
05
This court is a court of records. No new evidential material shall be introduced in this court. Only records of court proceedings as they were presented and captured during the hearing of the subject matter shall be admitted.
